This beautiful 4 bedroom detached villa, boasts a large outdoor swimming pool, landscaped garden, brick barbecue area, and is laid out in traditional Portuguese style over three floors, with large terraces overlooking the pool. It has a large living room, a good size kitchen and dining room that opens onto the shady pergola and BBQ area, and is also fully air conditioned and equipped. The villa is ideally situated between the towns of Monte Gordo and Altura. Just close enough to all the local night life, but just far enough away to avoid the summer crowds! The villa is located in the exclusive Audiencia development, next to Praia Verde, in the unspoilt Eastern Algarve. This area is mainly made up of private villas and has direct access to the beach, on foot (about 5 minutes walk) or by car. Whether you are a golfer, a beach lover, or you just want to relax with a glass of the local wine by a private pool, if you're looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun, this is the place to be!

The Villa is located in the exclusive holiday residential area of Casa Da Audiencia, which has around 250 large villas and houses and direct access, on foot or by car, to the beach. It boasts two superb restaurants on the beach itself, and a café/bar. There is also a local café and bakery, where you can buy bread freshly baked on the premises. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the villa, through the pine trees, and its’ beautiful unspoilt golden sand stretches for miles. Nearby is the Ria Formosa, a nature reserve stretching 67 kilometres along the coast to Faro. Part of Audiencia backs onto a National Park, full of pine trees surrounding a beautiful unspoilt lake that is a magnet for wild birds and ducks. It is excellent for walking and cycling in. The villa is within 5 to 15 min. drive of several top golf courses: Castro Marim Golf, Quinta da Ria, Benamor, Quinta de Cima, the new Monte Rei course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Quinta do Vale designed by Seve Ballesteros.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 25% of full rental cost must be paid on booking. The remaining 75% of the full rental cost must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. A security deposit of £250 will also be taken at that time. This will be returned within one week of the end of the rental period, subject to any breakages and damage. Air conditioning is included in the rental price. However, excessive use of electricity will result in an additional charge, to cover this.
