Very light and spacious 3 bedroomed Villa, 5 minutes walk from a beautiful Beach, Harbour and vibrant Town Square. Ideally situated for golfers with 5 Golf Courses within a 30 min drive including La Manga and Torre. The Villa is semi-detached and has large front and rear gardens, three terraces off the bedrooms with one overlooking the Pool, the parking outside the house is protected under a permanent resident order. The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very spacious downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and outside in the Laundry Room in the garden a new Washing Machine and garden furniture. The security and cleaning of the house are managed by our neighbours who also offer a collection service from Murcia (San Javier) or Alicante Airports by prior arrangement. There are lots of Bars and Restaurants within easy walking distance and two very good Supermarkets. The property is ideal for Families and Couples.

Torre de la Horadada is situated on the Mediterranean approximately 60km south of Alicante and 20km north of San Javier, the famous La Manga Golf Course is only 30 mins by car. The local Beach and Harbour are only a 10 minute walk from the house and there are Beach Bars, Cafes and Restaurants dotted all around the area. Our house is situated on a very wide street facing South-West and the properties on the opposite side of the road are bungalows so we enjoy many hours of sunshine. Neighbouring towns are Torrevieja (20 mins) Cartagena (25 mins) La Manga (30-40 mins). The pool is restricted to residents only and is very well maintained as is the entire Urbanisation. The area is very popular with British, German and Spanish families and has kept it's Spanish Identity which is a refreshing change !!

  • £100 deposit required at time of booking ( non-refundable ) and the balance 10 weeks before arrival.
    N.B. On short notice bookings i.e. less than 11 weeks the full amount is payable immediately.
  • £250 security deposit required with all bookings, this will be returned to you at the end of your holiday.
    A charge will be made for any breakages or items missing reported to us bt the couple who manage the house.
  • Please note there is an additional charge of 60 euros for cleaning which is payable on arrival in person to our
    house managers and key holders

The Villa is a three storey structure with the third Bedroom and En Suite Bathroom on the top floor there is also a single fold down bed and collapsible cot available if needed. Please note that when the House is rented as a two bedroom let the top floor will be locked. Due to the nature of the Urbanization we would only be prepared to let to Couples or Families.
