Come to Sicamous for relaxation and fun!! Plan a trip to the beach, spend a day on a boat, or play a round of golf at Hyde Mountain! Take the kids to the famous Enchanted forest or D Dutchmen Dairy to meet a variety of animals. In winter, Sicamous is voted as the 'Favorite Overall Snowmobiling Area in BC'. After a long day of sledding, warm up by the beautiful stone fireplace.

This cozy log home has a beautiful view of Mara lake. The cabin has a large wrap around porch area that is completely screened to allow for an outside BBQ meal or just for relaxation. Inside enjoy large floor to ceiling windows, a small sized pool table, two fireplaces, and large comfortable leather furniture. A place that truly feels like home!
About Larissa

We purchased our Sicamous home as a getaway for our family. We have rented it out long term, and just this May we decided we now want to offer it as a vacation rental so that we can still enjoy it ourselves some weeks! We live in Nelson BC and love taking our 2 kids to Sicamous. Half of our family lives in Calgary and they meet us in Sicamous every year. The kids enjoy visiting D Dutchman Dairy and The Enchanted Forest!

Why Larissa chose Shuswap Lake

Our log home is very cozy and has lots of space for relaxing, eating, and cooking. The patio is enclosed with screens to keep the bugs out, but still allows for a beautiful view of the lake while enjoying the outdoors! The home is only a 10 minute walk to a beautiful hike along a small creek.

What makes this cabin unique

The view is absolutely amazing! The large windows in the living room allow you to look miles down Mara lake. We also have many large cedar trees surrounding our home which makes it cooler for summer months. There is a large paved driveway which allows for a lot of room for parking and a large yard out front.

Beautiful and spacious cabin

My friends and I (5 total people) stayed in this cabin from March 28-31, 2013. The cabin was perfect for our economical ski-trip to Revelstoke Mountain (About 1 hour away from the cabin). It is much larger than the photos show it to be. I would imagine that this cabin would be great in the summer as well, as it has a large deck, a yard, and a view of the lake which is just across the road. While we originally had an issue with the keys, the problem was quickly corrected and Larissa and Mark were very helpful all along the way.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
