Recently renovated into a beautiful family home, the house is ideally suited for large groups of people who want to stay together and enjoy a comfortable and spacious environment. The 73 bus takes you to Oxford St and runs from the bottom of the road. The house is a three minute walk from the famously cool Stoke Newington Church Street. The house is arranged over 3 floors. On the ground floor is a very large sitting room with a marble fireplace. At the back of the house is the 'eat in' kitchen which has folding doors opening onto a pretty little garden. On the first floor is a light and very spacious master bedroom situated next to a large family bathroom benefiting from separate bath and shower. On this floor is also a double bedroom with twin beds. On the second floor are two bedrooms, one is a large double, the other a medium sized room with a single bed plus pull out (sleeps 2), these bedrooms share a new shower room.

Stoke Newington is a prized area of 'authentic' London with original boutiques, coffee shops, farmers market and restaurants. Famous past residents include the novelist Daniel Defoe. Today you are likely to see tomorrow's major celebrities wandering among the alternative medicine and health food shops. Retaining the feel of an old village high street, Church Street is a popular meeting place where traditional pubs rub shoulders with trendy bars and restaurants. An area full of character and interest - this is the real London for holiday makers who perhaps don't just want to see the tourist attractions. Access to central London is very easy on the 73 bus which will take you to Islington, Kings Cross, Oxford Street and on to Victoria station (a sight seeing tour in itself).

Beautiful, Quiet, Confortable

Very comfortable location in a typical British house located in a quiet road.
Excellent transportation (no tube, but very frequent buses to reach zone 1), stores just a walk away. All what was listed in the presentation form on the internet was true!
We found an house clean and fully fitted with all what we needed for living.
Recommended for families who want to experience the "Londoner" life.
