Cute two bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably. One king size bedroom and one queen. Front porch to sit and watch the world walk by.
About Cecelia Russell

We fell in love with this house. The area is the new and trendy area. We jumped on this property because we knew it would just take off.

We have been renting our other home in Rosedale for 3 years, and it has always been such a great experience.

Why Cecelia Russell chose Austin

We love this neighborhood! We can not possibly get to every bar, restaurant, food trailer, music venue. Perfect location for SXSW. Great for all the ACL festival after shows.

What makes this bungalow unique

If you can't find something to do in Austin, your just not trying. You can walk 2 blocks and be in the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike trail. It is a beautiful walk downtown. Go the other way and you are walking through the best new bars on East 6th. Rainey Street, 2 blocks to our West, has new bars and restaurants opening almost daily.

We are on the new east side. We are with in walking distance to the bars on Rainey Street, the great new food trailers that have made the east side famous. The best new eateries are all around the corner.

  • US Dollars
  • Rates $500 per night. Plus 15% occupancy tax and $75 cleaning fee.
  • House is only available to rent during SXSW, Formula one and ACL Festival.
  • Check for $500 takes the house off the calendar then becomes your Security deposit
  • upon arrival.
  • 1/2 of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival date the other half due upon arrival.
