Two twin beds in second bedroom. Queen pull out bed in living room. Cable TV, and VCR/DVDs in every room. Cook gourmet meals on the kitchen island while chatting with guests in the living and dining areas. Service for 10, dining room seats 10. Milliionnaire´s Row is located between 51st and 52nd streets on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. It is a very exclusive area with many luxury hotels and condominiums, with the beach on one side and a beautiful canal lined by mansions on the other. It is 25 blocks from Lincoln Road and South Beach to the south, and is a ten minute car ride to Bal Harbor to the north. Lincoln Road is famous for its restaurants, cafes, art galleries, boutiques and night life. Bal Harbor is famous for its exclusive designer stores. and high rise apartment buildings. The beach in front of the Sea Coast building is quiet and family oriented, and the building has top 24 hour a day security to protect its residents. There are many restaurants and stores 15 blocks to the north of the building, The apartment is 10 to 20 minutes away from major attractions, like Dolphin Park, Monkey Jungle, Parrot Jungle, The Art Deco District, and various museums. The Everglades Park is a day trip away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • There is a security deposit which varies from 360 to 720 euros depending on the length of stay, and a 7% tax. There is also an 87 Euro one-time cleaning fee.
    Additional cleaning services are available at additional cost. Please ask the owner about these services. There is a food delivery service inside the building complex. Please inquire about this if interested.
  • Condo regulations require a minimum 30 day rental per tenant contract. However, TWO tenant families or groups can double up to rent on a monthly basis on separate weeks if they are on the same contract. Please ask the owner about these and other kinds of arrangements. Special rental rates will be considered for rentals of two or more months.
  • We welcome small children and children under five years of age can be added to the 6 person maximum rental capacity.
    The apartment unit and building are accessible for wheelchairs inside the condo complex, which has elevators. This access includes the pool area.. However, there are stairs with about 20 steps leading from the pool to the beach area.
    Dogs are allowed if under 70 pounds and properly housebroken (with a pet security deposit of 200 euros). Please consult with the owner about pets, pet limits and pet deposits.

    All amenities in the apartment and building are included in the rental rate, including the gym, heated pool recreation room/billiard tables, and one FREE assigned parking space inside the building garage.

The MB opens onto the marbled master bathroom, with a large shower with 5 adjustable jets, and a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has a mirrored vanity table. The second bedroom is also carpeted, with 2 twin beds, a chest of drawers, a TV and DVD player, and a beautiful view of the intercostals, and 2 large closets. The second bedroom has its own complete marbled bathroom.

Notes: The Sea Coast pool and jacuzzi/hot tub is located in a pleasant garden area and is just steps from the beach, A Tiki Bar is situated next to the pool where guests can have a complete meal, sandwiches or drinks, and order food to the apartment if they wish. Pool chairs and umbrellas at the pool and beach are free. There is a complete exercise room with free and standing weights and there are exercise classes in the exercise room several times per week. Class times are posted in the exercise room. There is a beauty salon for hair cuts, manicures, facials, pedicures and massages on the ground floor, and also a convenience store and ATM (money) machine off the lobby area. The apartment has one free assigned parking space inside the building garage. The apartment has use of card operated washing machines and dryers on the same floor. Cleaning services are available to tenants upon request, and arrangement with the owner. There is recreation room with billiard tables on the lobby floor.
