Great corner studio with extra large windows to watch the dolphins play and boats go by. Beautiful water views from the condo and balcony. Second floor location and yes, we have an elevator. Queen sized comfortable bed with plantation shutters separating the living area with a full size leather sofabed. Flat screen TV, DVD, Cable, Internet, Telephone, Dishwasher, Microwave-Convection Oven, Refrigerator, Kuerig brew station, Cooking utensils, Towels, Linen, Iron, Ironing board, Hair dryer, Air Conditioner, Laundry Facilities on site. Heated Pool and outdoor barbeque grill. Yes, It's all Here.

Close walking distance to all you need. Even a Jolly Trolley to take you distances. You could get away without a car. But you do have 1 parking space. Sorry, no guest spots. Street parking is available.

Wonderful location next door to the Clearwater Yacht Club. 10 minute walk to Pier 60 and the main Clearwater Beach and famous BeachWalk. Steps from the Sand Key Bridge. Don't forget to visit 'WINTER', our famous Dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. (less than 2 miles away.). Other attractions close by are: Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, John's Pass Marina, Adventure Island, Florida Aquarium, St. Pete Pier, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Caladesi Island (O.K. you can walk to Caladesi Island. a breathtaking adventure.). Walt Disney World and all Orlando attractions are about 1 1/2 to 2 hours away.
