This is also a very convenient location with restaurants, malls, super markets, banks and movie theaters within a 5 minute walk. Pool, barbecue and patio area for a relaxing day in the Florida sun. Tile and pergo wood floors throughout. Central air/heat and cable TV. All utilities are included. No smoking quiet complex. Free parking 2 vehicles. Full kitchen with cooking ware, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic stove, electric disposer and washer dryer in unit. Bathroom with jacuzzi tub adjoining master bedroom. The second bedroom features two 'XL twin' beds and plenty of closet and cabinet space. A 2nd bathroom adjoins with a fully tiled shower enclosure. WIFI high-speed internet included.
