Completed just 4 years ago this large well proportioned property offers a spacious lounge area with a secondary more casual lounge the other side of a central staircase, ideal for children to have their own space and TV. The main lounge has a large dining table at one end. The well equipped kitchen opens out into the lounge on 2 sides offering easy access to the dining area and to the lounge. There is a downstairs utility room with wc and basin. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom which includes, bath with shower over, wc and basin. There are 3 twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom with bath, wc and basin. There is a large private parking and play area to the front of the Barn and a patio area adjacent to the kitchen ideal for eating outside.

Great Central location for those looking to visit the many attractions Kent has to offer. Easy access to London via Maidstone railway station or Drive in under an hour via the M20 motorway. Keen walkers can walk to nearby Leeds Castle, said to be the most beautiful of its sort in the world. Maidstone is Kents main town and offers a good high street for shopping. River cruises and a good selection of pubs and restaurants are available. For those visiting the area for the first time, World famous Canterbury is a must with its cathedral and walled city centre. Tunbridge Wells is a popular destination as are Sissinghurst Gardens, Penshurst Place, Scotney, Dover and Bodiam Castles, Tenterden, Rye and the many postcard villages that litter this beautiful County from East to West. The Garden of England as its known has lots to offer. In recent years award winning vineyards are joining gardens and countryside walks as popular pastimes.
