Ground floor: lobby, private toilet, fully equipped kitchen grill, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, spacious living room, sofa bed, TV, CD, radio. Dining table for 6/8 guests, First floor: lobby, 2 separated bedrooms: 1 double bed, with a baby cot if asked, twin bed, radio. Bathroom: 1 bath, bath with shower, one toilet. Outside: garden, barbecue, garden chairs and table, garage and 2 parkings. Suitability: possibility for short and long terms rental, welcome to children, adults, wheelchair accessible on ground floor. Cats accepted.
