Traditional country house which has been beautifully renovated, with a 3-bedroom house and 5 independent suites. Gorgeous terrace and private swimming pool situated in several of hectares of land surrounded by olive orchards with spectacular views and completely tranquil. Just 50 minutes by car from the international airport in Granada and just 10 minutes from the picturesque towns of Alcaudete and Alcalá la Real.House with 3 bedrooms: Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed with an option of an extra bed if necessary . Kitchen/diner with several doors leading to the central patio with marble fountain and spaces for relaxing. Wood burning stove in the centre of the house and living room with large fireplace for those cold days. Private terrace, fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom. Suites: All suites include en suite baths and balconies leading to private terraces. 4 luxury suites decorated with marble and furnished with double beds, 1 suite with 2 bedrooms.

Coast/Beaches: The closest beaches (Salobreña/Motril) are about 1 hour 30 minutes away by car. Marbella and Puerto Banús are a couple hours away. How to arrive: Granada airport is 1 hour away by car. Málaga airport is 1 hour 45 minutes away by car. Owing the the rural position of this property, car hire is essential. Distances: There are a great number of interesting places to visit on day trips. Granada- 1 hour, La Subética National Park- 1 hour, Las Alpujarras- 1 hour 20 minutes, Sierra Nevada National Park- 1 hour 20 minutes, Córdoba- 1 hour 30 minutes, and Sevilla- 2 hours. Other visits: The historic town of Alcaudete is 15 minutes away by car and offers many services including an ample selection of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, banks, post office and 24-hour medical centre. There is a weekly market every Monday.Otras visitas: The historic city of Alcalá la Real is also just 15 minutes away by car.
