The villa (about 150 m²) will win you over already upon entering the garden through the superbly furnished patio with a dream-like view of the sea and the coast. It is perfectly and tastefully furnished with a lot of attention to details. That is why photos from it have already been published in the architecture magazine A D. The patio was also seen in a local newspaper in March. Also above average is the equipment, like an open fireplace, TV in every bedroom, air conditioning and heating, Saeco coffee machine, deep fryer etc. The house offers space for 5 people. There is also Dependence (60 m²) located nearby with its own entrance and it also completely equipped (open fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, own patio) - but this property is only rented to friends of whoever is renting the large villa. It offers space for 3 people. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach, 20 minutes to the sand bay - with a car only 5 minutes.

A new bypass/highway leads you through a tunnel directly from the Cagliari Airport direct to the coastal street - direction Vilasimius. Here you wind around a lot of curves high above the sea and you will drive past small beaches by three large bays. The branching off to the third bay leads you to Torre delle Stelle which is made up of multiple small bays with sand and rock beaches. There are many beautiful vacation homes in superb gardens located within Torre delle Stelle. There are 2 supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. that are open starting around Easter.
