This lovingly restored villa offers an idyllic, tranquil sojour, only within minutes drive from the nearest village and Chianti wine town of Montespertoli. Not isolated this property is ideal also for families. The interiors are roomy and extremely comfortable. The owner with their 2 children lived here until recently and took great care to make it the homely place that it is. Amenities include 3 bedrooms (2duble 1twin) with air conditioning. 2 bathrooms (1 shower on the first floor and 1 tub with jacuzzi on the ground floor), fenced in and large pool (17m x7m depth 1,4m to 2,70m with diving board). Other facilities include working fire places and central heating from November to March (included in the price), wall safe in the storage room on ground floor, alarm system, mosquito nets on all windows, internet key on request and payable locally, beautifully equipped kitchen. The property boasts a main house which is for rent and a detached cottage where a discreet resident couple live.
