Owl Barn is situated on an old farm on the edge of the Cotswolds. Convenient for Oxford, Cheltenham, Burford and only 60 miles away from London. Perfect for work, rest or play! Plasma TV with freeview and wireless internet access are installed throughout. With its classic Cotswold stone exterior, the barn has wonderful views, oodles of outside entertaining space (15 acres!), including a terrace with built in barbecue overlooking a nature reserve. It has been lovingly restored with all its original features exposed. The magnificent fireplace and open plan living area has been specifically designed to offer superior accommodation to which guests return time and time again! Vaulted oak beams, wood and stone flooring all make this barn a wonderful choice for families, parties or even a corporate retreat. It can also be booked with another barn on the site to accommodate a party of 23. Nearby is the famous Trout Pub at Tadpole Bridge which is a mile walk away along the Thames Pathway.

Owl Barn is located in the middle of Chimney Meadows, the largest nature reserve of the BBOWT (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust) and totals 250 hectares of wildlife rich land along the banks of the River Thames. Chimney upon Thames sits among the pretty market towns of Bampton, Faringdon, Aston and Lechlade, where yopu can find banks, coffee shops, a pottery, garages, supermarkets, and of course some great pubs! Nearby attractions include Blenheim Palace, Aston potteries, Kelmscott Manor, Cotswold Wildlife Park, Cogges Manor Farm, . Spa, leisure and golf facilities can be found at Witney Lakes with whom we have a premier card relationship. Golf can be found at Frilford Heath, Burford, Faringdon and Carswell. Plus we can help organise activities including riding, fishing and shooting parties, cycling, boating trips and water sports.

Notes: Owl Barn sits in approximately 15 acres of its own fabulous space and tranquil countryside.It is a magical place , great for a family get together, relax and re-charge the batteries or have a party or re-union! Plus nearby there is the famous Trout Pub at Tadploe Bridge or The Plough at Clanfield - well worth the visit! There are some fantastic walks around the Thames Pathway. We can also arrange the following for you: Spa and health trips, golf days, riding/fishing/shooting excursions and private parties. We can even do management retreats and company meetings. There is free wireless internet access and a large plasma TV throughout the property.
