  • The apartment, to be used by a maximum of 4 people, is equipped with autonomous heating and air conditioning system. Security deposit is required for telephone, electricity, gas and final cleaning and / or eventual demages.
    The rent is only for short period and for a holiday use. Linen is included.
  • House and Garden rules:
    a- The use of the garden is limited to its tiled portion facing the entry of the apartment, where Tennant has exclusive access and right of use during the rental period; the rest of the garden belongs to Palazzo Falier and its occupants. A private company with few employed is based at the 1th piano nobile of Palazzo Falier with access and passage from its garden.
    b- Tenant is kindly required to follow the normal rules of conduct in the respect of the neighbours and property decorum, and to observe the following house rules while using his exclusive portion of garden: don’t make noise and speak always sotto voce, don’t listen to radio or music; don’t hang out or dry the linen and laundry; don’t cook outdoor; don’t sunbathe in swimsuit or in risqué dress.
    c- it is not possible to cook outdoor.
    d- The water door can be used only for loading operation from / to a water taxi or rowing boats, and the parking of any boat is never permitted at any time

Notes: The apartment is at the ground floor, with entrance from the garden. It is also possible to enter in the apartment by using the private water door of the little canal “Rio del Duca” with a taxi or gondola. The canal is always very quiet and one can leave the door open all day, of course only in summer period! No fear in the extraordinary event of high tide “acqua alta” as the property is totally isolated and equipped with water proof system.
