We have nothing negative to say about my experience with Mondrian Hotel. From the moment I booked the room, on the phone with David, to the moment we left. Everything was pleasant, We couldn't have chosen better. The 2 bedroom was nice and big, super cleaned, beautiful interior, and nice balcony. The view from the window was just PHENOMENAL and also very relaxing. I would recommend Mondrian Hotel Miami to anyone that asks me. Me and my fiancée together with my couple of friends Brian and Carla had a great time. Salute!
The last few winters I have been going on vacation to the Miami Florida area. This year I came across this condo managed by David. My wife & I loved thi place. It was clean. Super comfortable. The price was the best thats out there. And in the process I realized how tough of a customer I am to please and surprisingly David accommodated me to my utmost satisfaction! Highly recommended.
David, was a great agent working with us through the whole process, made it easy and definitely will book through him again in the future, thank you David.
We have stayed as hotel guests there at least three times in the past, so this was our first time renting from a private owner . We just came back and as always, we enjoyed our stay there; the view from unit 512 was gorgeous. The hotel staff was courteous and offered assistance when possible. They were also quick to remind us that we were not hotel guests which means you clean your unit, no daily fresh towels provided and beverages consumed on the premises can't be charged to your room. No big deal. The unit itself may benefit from some upkeep and maintenance. Water leaked from the air conditioner vents which were clogged with dust. We used a vacuum cleaner and removed a a LOT of dust from the vents and the air conditioner started working properly. The toilet flush handle is not steady. it wigles. We found the security latch laying inside a kitchen drawer . The air bed is useless since it is missing the air pump. We were also unable to hook up to wi-fi. Altogether, these minor issues did not prevent us from enjoying the rest of the amenities provided by the hotel and SAVED money.
My husband and I stayed here for a week and we loved every minute of it. The ocean view is amazing, the constant sound of the waves. The studio is very spacious and clean.
The support staff at the resort is super nice and helpful, and the owner is just great with communication.
The place is about halfway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami's airports so you could use either one and it is within walking distance from supermarket, drugstores, cafes and restaurants and it's simply a great place to stay!
