2 BR Cottage

This is the deal of the century! Clean and comfortable, this cozy guest cottage enjoys a park-like setting, sitting next to the owners home.

Take an easy walk to the water over a large lawn for kids to play. It is a very gentle slope to the waters edge, where you will find a private single stall boat dock you are welcome to swim and fish from.

The main level has the living room, kitchen and full bath.

Upstairs, there is one queen bed in the Master Bedroom and the 2nd bedroom has two standard sets of bunk beds PLUS a Double Bed.....Plenty of sleeping room for up to 6 people.

There is a nice secluded patio, with furniture, to enjoy sunrises and sunsets right off the living room.

Owners keep the cottage neat as a pin and makes for a pleasant, restful stay!
