Gorgeous Large Corner 1BR/2BA Newly Decorated in Fontainebleau II, Tresor Tower

We chose this suite at the Fontainebleau for our 8 day vacation. The condo was so beautiful, it was a good choice for us to have a kitchen as we cooked most of our meals.
The weather was hit and miss but access to a car rental one black south was convenient so when it rained in South Beach we drove through the keys which was amazing. I would totally recommend using the valet parking as it couldn't be more convenient. Every time we called for our vehicle it was at the door by the time we made it downstairs (use the Tresor valet as it's not as busy as the main entrance valet)
The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful, modern and clean. The views were great day and night.
Payment procedures were quick and very convenient
I have to say that dealing with the owner (Rose Ann) couldn't have been easier. She was quick to respond to my every question. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with.

We stayed in this room in mid-April for a week with our family of 5 (kids ages 3/4/5). Overall had a great stay and a very positive experience.

THE RESORT
You can read many reviews for the Fontainebleau online. This was our first time staying there (or visiting Miami). We spent a lot of time at the childrens pool and the beach which were perfect for us. The zero entry pool made it easy for us to let the kids play while we watched from the beach chairs. The attendents poolside are very accomodating to get you set up. Same for the beach. There isn't too much within walking distance so you will either need to cab it or rent a vehicle. But, many great restaurants are only a 5 min ride away. The concierge was a wealth of information. The complaints about FB being pricey are true. Drinks and meals are on the higher end ($7 beers, $15 drinks, $18 sandwiches). But, this seems to be common throughout Miami. Tipping everywhere seems to be the expectation. These aren't complaints, but it's easier if you know it coming in.

THE ROOM
The room is exactly as the pictures show. It is well decorated, clean and spacious. The Tresor tower seems to be the more upscale of the towers. It has it's own lobby and front desk. You have good views of the city, main drive. The owner is outstanding to work with. She was very prompt in responding to every question I had. (This was my first VRBO experience so I was unfamiliar with some of the process). Had we had any issues, I'm confident she would have been very helpful. The room is set up for 4 people and housekeeping stays true to that. It means 4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 bowls, 4 spoons, etc. Again, not a complaint, but easier to plan for if you know it in advance. (next time, I would just buy some paper plates and avoid the dishwashing). We had plenty of cooking supplies (pots, spatula, knife, etc) that we were able to cook breakfast every morning.

Overall, we had a great stay. We were very happy with the room and everything was as expected. If we come back to Miami, we will book this room again.

My stay at the Fountainbleu was fabulous. Rose Anne is such a pleasure to deal with. I drove her crazy with a million questions and she would always reply so pleasantly and fast. The pictures of this room really do not show how beautiful and big the room is. We loved everything about the room. I highly recommend staying here.
