A beautifully appointed three bedroom executive pool home furnished to a high standard with key pieces from Robb & Stucky. Built in 2008 this Grand Venetian design is a fine example of a great family home, enhanced by many upgrades throughout. The large open plan living room with tile floor, calm and neutral colour scheme, deep luxurious linen oversized seating, 42in LCD television and DVD/CD player looks out to the lanai, heated pool and outdoor kitchen with open views of the preserve enhancing the feeling of peace and tranquility. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a built in gas bbq, fridge, sink and fireplace with gas fire to ensure year round enjoyment of this fantastic space. Inside, the open plan kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, granite counters, steel appliances and a generous breakfast bar with comfortable leather seating for four. The dining area adjoining the kitchen and living room is furnished with a beautiful mosaic table and comfortable leather chair.

"We spent a very pleasant 12 days in the Tivoli Court property, it is large and beautifully finished and very well provided for. The Kitchen/Living Area are first rate, with a very nice adjoining pool and barbeque and pool area, and the bedrooms are very comfortable and well sized, especially the master suite. The house is very secure, both from the point of view of the security on the estate as well as the alarm system fitted, and we would recommend it to others."
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
