Best location on the island!

The house is clean and well kept, the location is as good as it gets, and the neighbors are amazing. This is the perfect home for those looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. The water is always calm so it's perfect for those looking to enjoy a dip during the summer.

Waking up each morning with a view of the bay and the boats is one of my favorite things in the world! I'd grab a cup of coffee, then take a walk around the island. You can't really start your day any better.

Location, Location, Location! And great house!

In rentals, as in real estate, there is no substitute for location and this property has it. Right on the water and just steps from the best swimming beach on the island. The house itself is large and comfortable and well maintained. It was clean when we arrived and had very nice linens and amenities. We vacationed with our children and grandchildren and had such a great time we have booked this house for next summer. Our favorite aspect of the house was the great patio that fronts the boardwalk. We spent mornings and evenings relaxing there while our grandkids played in the sand right in front of us. We walked everywhere because it is centrally located. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with, not to mention a wealth of information on Balboa. Highly recommended.
