Every room has balconies. Master bedroom has direct access to the large sunny roof terrace with stunning view to sea & mountains. Living room opens up onto the large patio, overlooking the pool.

Konakli Town is located 10km west of the world famous holiday resort Alanya, in between the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea on the South & Taurus Range Mountains. The beaches in Konakli are stretching for 10kms but there are more beaches where you can enjoy the neighbouring town’s coastline, in total they are 72 km. There are many large hotel complexes here but there is also a good local village atmosphere due to the many farms in the area. There are many places to visit around Konakli, i.e. Alanya Castle and Water Park, Dimcay Valley with lunch in the river, Damlatas Caves, Side's Roman amphitheatre, Manavgat Waterfalls and rafting, Aspendos Roman Theatre and many, many more. You can find every facility that you are looking for in a holiday resort, but besides that you will always have chance to visit daily veg & fruit markets (largest one each Wednesday). At these markets you can purchase the fresh and crisp vegetables, fruits which were just picked from the fields of Konakli.

  • Extra 50 Euro for groups from 5 to 6 persons.
    Extra 100 Euro for groups from 7 to 8 persons.

    Required 20% reservation fee not later 7 days after booking confirmation. Balance (including security deposit) due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

    A returnable security deposit 200 EUR or 150 GBP (payable with final balance) will be required to cover damages to the villa, loss of keys, remote controls, breakages and etc. It will be returned within 7 days after departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

    Cancellation refund: more than 4 weeks - 80%, 2-4 weeks - 50%, less than 2 weeks - no refund.

    We accept payments by bank transfer or PayPal in GBP, EUR or USD.
  • DISCOUNTS:

    LAST MINUTE - 10% discount if booking is made less than 14 days before the rental period starts.
    LONG STAY - 5% discount if the length of the booking is for 3 weeks and longer.
    EARLY BOOKING - 10% discount if booking start date is greater than 90 days away.

    The discounts doesn't sum and only one of them apply.
  • Transfer to/from Antalya airport is available at the extra cost. Please request.

More about Konakli: This is an excellent new town where the sea and the mountains are so near to each other, it is possible to enjoy the mountain view while sunbathing on the beach, with the horizon of the Taurus Mountains, you will be delighted with the superb ocean and sunset view. Konakli has excellent transport opportunities to Alanya and Antalya, since the main coastal road runs through the town. The people who are working in these areas generally speak at least 2 languages each; English is the most common second language so that European citizens don’t feel like foreigners in the town. In the winter season Konakli is very popular with its warm temperature, which averages 15 degrees from December to March, it was spotted by the locals in December the temperature reached to 23 degrees in average. The main advantages of this villa:
Good location near Alanya town;
Easily reachable from Antalya airport;
It is new villa done in high quality European style;
Polite and cooperative owners;
Always sunny see view;
Calm and safe place provides your privacy;
Proximity from the see and excellent swimming pool;

Being here you can not only enjoy your stay in the villa but also discover natural, historical and cultural treasuries of the Mediterranean cost of Turkey.

Ich bin Cafer danke herr Evaldas das sie ihr villa für uns zur verfügung gesstellt haben es ist wirklich ein traumhaus wir waren 2 woche in diesem villa wir wollten nicht mehr zurück aber wir müssten leider sobald mein urlaub für 2010 feststeht würden wir für vier woche nochmal kommen . ein ganz grosse dank geht auch an herr Glenn der für uns immer da war.

Great place to stay

Hello, I'm Hikmet. We spent 2 weeks here in this villa with 5 Persons. Me,my wife, my 7 year old son, my cousin and his wife. All I/we can say about that is, that these 2 weeks were unforgettable.

This property had everything we needed, it was much more comfortable then other 5 star hotels in Antalya and Alanya town (believe me, we spend a whole lot of weeks in hotels and villas in Turkey). Everything was just perfect.

The villa was built in european style in high quality, everything was working as it was supposed to.
It is near to shops and supermarkets (you don't need a car!).
Every wednesday there is a local market where you can get fresh vegetables and fruits just 300m away.
The neighbours (turkish people) are really friendly people as well.

The owner of the villa and the local manager Glenn and his wife Heather were always helpful, whenever we called Glenn or emailed the owner (Evaldas), we get a prompt response. Service 24x7, WOW!!!

If we have the chance next year, we will book this villa again, for sure!!

We would recommend this villa without restrictions.
