Eastern Delight is located less than one minutes’ walk from the beach, on Eastern Road with all its magnificent mansions. Quiet and peaceful, yet only minutes from Nassau and Paradise Island, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the straw market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children and a 10 ft deep end, perfect for diving. Leading from the upstairs living room, is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine outside. The balcony doubles as cover for the downstairs porch with views of the beautiful pool and gardens. With four double and one twin bedroom, the house is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. The house also boasts a fully equipped office with four large desks.

We simply loved this house - the house itself is very nice and practicial with the perfect quiet location, beautiful yard and pool, great snorkeling across the street etc etc!

Our vacation in this beautiful house, we loved it!

We spent our holiday (one week) in this perfect house.
Our 4 children loved it, they spent hours in the pool.
The house has everything that you need to have a nice and comfortable stay. I even could work there in the office space. I would recommend to hire a car, the owner of the house brought us in contact with right person and she did a great job and we had a jeep for one week. The pool was cleaned every other day and there was a lovely lady who came to clean the house twice while we stayed there. We would love to come back to this house. We walked to the sea in a few minutes, it's just amazing to just sit there and watch the beauty of this Island. We loved it so much that we could move to this place permanent. So I would say, don't hesitate to book your vacation here.

Fantastic vacation!

We have stayed at Eastern Delight a number of times and love it there. Once you enter the property gates you are in your own tranquil, tropical retreat. We loved having our own private pool to take a dip in to cool down when we felt like it, and just lazing there reading. At night it was wonderful to sit on the balcony with a cocktail or glass of wine and watch the ocean. It was great the beach was so close and that we could walk there. Very quiet & private. We also found a great snorkelling spot about 1-2 mins drive (left), just climb down the rocks and you're away. We lucked out one night and saw Dolphins swimming by the end of the drive, which was fantastic. It's also nice that you can buy fresh fish at the market on the way to Paradise Island and bring it back to the house & BBQ. We enjoyed the mix of going out to eat and self-catering at the house. The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. There are loads of great places to eat across the island and the cricket club is worth a visit - good Bahamian & English food. Eastern Delight is the perfect place to get away from it all, and we would definitely go back, in fact if we had the money, we'd love to buy the place!

This is probably one of the best vacations me and my family has ever been on.
The house is gorgeous and the location is like a dream come true. We wouldn't doubt a second when choosing our next trip :)
