The suite is on the 40th floor - 2 bedrooms 3 bath 1614sf. King size mattress in the master bedroom, and a queen in the second bedroom. Large patio with outdoor furniture. The unit has top of the line furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and linens. Cable, phone and high speed internet, included, as well as, 1 secured underground parking stall.
An exceptional holiday experience in Vancouver! The condo was beautiful and well equipped for a great week. The place was impeccable, the location couldn't have been better, from walking to Stanley Park to attending a hockey game at Rogers Center. Thankfully the weather was sunny and clear so the views were magnificent. There is a new condo project being built across the street which is hard to miss when looking out the window, but it is not a big deal. Finally, the owner Mark is great to work with. He was clear in his communications and made the experience effortless. We'll definitely be back!
My family and I spent 3 nights in this terrific apartment. My wife could not stop taking pictures of the views outside and of course the interior of the apartment. My children loved it. The location is very convenient to get to anywhere even by walking. We would come back again in the near future. Thank you Mark!

The condo is just as it appears in the photos, with lots of high end finishes, as one would expect. The unobstructed sunsets from the living room and the balcony, with a glass of wine, were highlights of the stay. Mark is excellent to deal with and met us upon our arrival. The downtown location is close to restaurants and a short walk from Granvile Island and Stanley Park. There is an Urban Market grocery in the adjacent building that has all your require, if you wanted to cook. But why cook, when there are so many great restaurants on your doorstep. The onsite concierge was very helpful with shopping(a short walk to a plethora of stores) and restaurant suggestions. We never made it to the gym/pool/spa, apart from a quick look, but all were very well equipped. We stayed for 4 nights and hated to leave. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vancouver.
This apartment is exceptional. The location is perfect. It's an easy walk to the city center metro station. the complex sits on a major bus route. There is a grocery downstairs. You can't get a better home base. And, the views!
This condo did NOT disappoint! Stayed at many other places downtown and this is as good as it gets. Location, amenities, furnishings, cleanliness, and the views (Wow factor) can't be beat! Owner was a great guy, already planning a return visit.
This condo is amazing in so many ways. The space is bright and roomy, the furnishings are luxurious, the amenities are fabulous and the views are unparalleled anywhere in the city. The condo is well stocked with basics and has top of the line appliances so cooking is easy. The layout is open so that everyone is included in the socializing and every room has spectacular views. This condo definitely has WOW factor!
We had no problems getting the keys or finding our way around the Shangri-la. The condo entrance is right on Alberni so it's close to shopping, the waterfront and the best restaurants. Everything is in walking distance.
The owner is a wonderful, warm person and made sure to be there when we arrived so that he could answer any questions and walk us through the place.
This is a spectacular property in every sense and staying here is a joy.
