Our luxurious home is ideal for those looking to holiday within easy reach of Patong Centre and Patong Beach, Phuket whilst staying in a truly tropical style villa in natural secluded surroundings. The interior is based on traditional Thai characteristics, incorporating wooden flooring, walls and cathedral ceilings. It features a superb indoor-outdoor relaxation living room which opens up fully on 3 sides with concertina doors allowing the local breezes to cool you as you take in the tropical sea & rain forest views surrounding the home. The layout of our home affords all three bedrooms with total privacy. One guest room is on the lower level of the house adjoining the TV room. This bedroom enjoys sea-views and an en-suite bathroom. The other two guest rooms are on the higher floor, both offering sea-views from their terraces. The master bedroom has superb en-suite facilities with a Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower cubicle. On the sunny island of Phuket, our villa is located minutes from the lively centre of Patong. Nestled 50m up our private road in a quiet, peaceful and relaxing tropical 'paradise'. Patong beach is the most developed tourist paradise with 3km of white sandy beach facing the blue Andaman Sea and with plenty of attractions. The nightlife has something to offer everyone, ranging from local restaurants, bars, cabaret shows to luxury dining venues. Phuket island features an exciting mixture of old and new, simple and sophisticated, peaceful and pulsating. Along with the incredible beaches, hills and lush jungle, Phuket is a water lover's paradise. The reefs and surrounding islands teem with marine life. There is a host of water activities, ranging from scuba diving to para sailing. Other attractions include National parks, wildlife centres, historical and cultural sites, temples and numerous superior golf courses. Beyond Phuket there is spectacular Phang Nga Bay and the surrounding islands

  • There are four bathrooms in the villa, an ensuite with each bedroom and an additional bathroom on the lower level adjacent to the TV room. The master bedroom has a large ensuite and features double basins, private WC, walk in shower cubicle and jaccuzi bath. There is ample lighting to create a mood and speakers in the ceiling over the jaccuzi powered from the audio system in the bedroom. The audio system has a jack plug connected to enable use of your own iPod or mp3 player.

The Villa has WiFi broadband internet, the master bedroom (with office area) and the 2nd bedroom have additional cabled internet to ensure faster connection speeds.

Notes: We have a collection of DVD's and CD's, plus the master bedroom audio system has a jack plug to enable iPod / mp3 connection. The audio system feeds speakers in the bedroom and adjoining ensuite. In keeping with the rest of this home, the kitchen here is very well equiped, with a built-in gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, breakfast bar, microwave, rice cooker etc. Our maid Noi will be in attendance at the villa most mornings for cleaning, linen changes etc. No smoking is allowed within the house, should you wish to smoke, the estate grounds are ideal for a stroll while you have your cigarette or cigar.

This villa is very new to the rental market. The owner is a lovely lady and very helpful.
The villa is located 50m up a private road leading to the exclusive gated estate of only 5 villa's. Located minutes from the centre of Patong, but nestled in a quiet and peaceful tropical 'paradise', well away from the noise of central Patong. A great place to chill and relax.
I would certainly highly recommend this Villa!
