About Jessica Rash

I'm a girl from Texas who fell in LOVE with East Hampton 12 years ago. Luckily my husband loves it out here as much as I do. We just purchased this home last year, and are renting just a few weeks this summer. The rest of the time we'll save for ourselves. We live in Brooklyn, and will spend most of our spare time here. Its truly one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Its a really beautiful property, beautifully decorated and cared for by conscientious owners who are very easy to work with and fair!

What makes this house unique

The house is full fully stocked and so cozy and happy. Full of games, music (records, CDs, and ipods), DVD's, a fully stocked kitchen, cookbooks, books, and tons of special touches. The home has tall vaulted ceilings, and is just unbelievably comfortable and special. The gardens are serene, it is a perfect beach escape and a wonderful place to entertain friends and family year after year.

Amazing affordable family rental

Last summer we rented this family friendly house for a week and only wish we stayed longer. We are a family of 4 and this spacious rental let us really enjoy our summer holiday. The kids had a blast in the swimming pool and we would BBQ on the deck most afternoons/evenings.
The location was great as well, quiet and tucked away from some of the busy roads but only a few minutes drive into town and the beach. Great farm stands along the way to grab fresh produce for dinner.
We are looking forward to renting the house again this summer.
Great easy escape from NYC with the family.

Last summer, a group of friends and I stayed at this charming East Hampton home...It was a great weekend! The house is on a quiet, beautiful street, and is super convienent to the train station if you're coming out from the city. The open layout of the living room and kitchen/dining areas makes it perfect for entertaining and decent sized groups of friends. Not to mention the sizable pool and lounge area outside where we spent most of our daylight hours. At night, the house is close enough to town to not be a treck either. The rooms are adorable and the owenrs did a fantastic job decorating. You'll feel right at the beach! Enjoy........

This place is a steal! Huge- with a decked pool. Perfect for big dinners and poolside barbeques with friends OR quick trips to the beach. It's tucked away in the woods- feels very exclusive. We really enjoyed our long weekend in East Hampton.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our weekend getaway at this gorgeous home! It's beautifully furnished and has every comfort and convenience you could want. We appreciated that it feels secluded and private, while still having the proximity to the beach and all that both Sag Harbor and East Hampton have to offer. The kitchen is a dream, as is the pool and spacious deck. The special touches like the collection of books and music made our visit all the more memorable. The owners are easy to work with, friendly and accessible. We will definitely be back next summer with friends to enjoy this home!

our family of 4 just spent wonderful 10 days at this property. the home is meticulously maintained and yet inviting with comfortable furnishings. the location while convenient to both east hampton and sag harbor is very quiet and feels secluded. additionally, the owners are available &, accessible which is quite important when renting..
