The villa is situated in de very quiet and safe neighbourhood of ‘Grote Berg’ (‘Big Mountain’). Many guests appreciate the very central location on Curaçao as you can reach the very beautiful city centre of Willemstad (Otrobanda and Punda) and the most beautiful beaches such as Daaibooi, Porto Mari and Cas Abao in just 10-15 minutes. The villa is close to many other amenities: a very well equipped supermarket, medical facilities and other shops are only a short 5-minutes drive away from the villa. The villa is very spacious (on a lot of 940 sq mtr, 10.000 sq ft), built area 350 sq mtr (4.000 sq ft), has 5 bedrooms (3 on ground floor, therefore suitable for the disabled), 2 bathrooms (1 on ground floor). Large kitchen with all the appliances, incl. large fridge with ice dispenser. Sunny and shady terraces all around the villa. Private Pool (free form) with separate children’s' part. Access to pool area is secured by fence for small children's safety. Parking on own lot, very comfortable

Nearest Airport: Curacao International (Hato) at 8 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Kilometres
Car: necessary
The island of Curacao is one of the Dutch Antilles and situated in front of Venezuela. Outside the hurricane belt, so no worries for cyclones. There is year round sunny weather, only some rain from November to February (showers only, mainly afternoon or night). The island is only 50 km from east to west, but has a lot to offer: national park, beautiful, cosy and sandy beaches all along the south coast with superb diving (mainly shore diving, no need for a boat!) and snorkelling. The beaches are quiet, even in high season. Willemstad is a beautiful town (Unesco World Heritage Site) with mix of Dutch architecture and Caribbean colours. Some 'Amsterdam' and a lot of Caribbean! Home is situated on the east side of Willemstad, in the neighbourhood of Girouette, a small 'cul de sac' with only luxury homes (no through-traffic). It is close to many famous beaches, the Sea Aquarium and downtown Willemstad with its beautiful houses, restaurants and other attractions.
