The apartment comes fully kitted out with luxury furnishings, 37'' Plasma TV, internet, DU satellite connection etc. This is a perfect short-term rental property. Prices are all inclusive of bills, weekly housekeeping, complimentary welcome grocery pack, TV and internet.

Superbly furnished 1 bed room apartment in the Dubai Marina with views of the Marina and the sea. This is an excellent apartment for a short term or holiday rental. The building has excellent facilities such as gym, outdoor garden terrace, swimming pool and a tennis court. The master bedroom has an en suite toilet and built in cupboards. The living room as a very designer large L-shaped sofa with a 37' Plasma tv. There is a dining area that has a table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, cutlery, crockery and all necessary appliances such as cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Prices are all inclusive of bills, weekly housekeeping, complimentary welcome grocery pack, TV and internet.

Dubai Marina is a stunning bustling area filled with magnificent high rise towers and a string of exceptional restaurants. The marina is the world’s largest man made marina. Dubai Marina pretty  much sums up what Dubai wants to be known for - that is chic, luxury and lifestyle. The Marina is close to Mall of the Emirates and the Ibn Battuta Mall. Taxis are easily available here. The beach is adjacent to the Marina and can be accessed through the hotels or the public beach areas. There is wonderful market to be enjoyed on Saturday mornings across the Marina Walk to pick up bargains and some wonderful art. Must try out the Habtoor steak house for steak lovers and the Gary Rhode's signature restaurant (pricey). Also do try the Jonny Rockets at Marina Walk for the best burgers in Dubai.

Dubai Marina recommendations: There is wonderful market to be enjoyed on Saturday mornings across the Marina Walk to pick up bargains and some wonderful art. Marina Walk (the name of the area) for its many restaurants and for the stroll with the best view of the Marina.
