Each unit has 2 bedroom, 1 bath and accommodates 6 guests (5 adults max) w/ 1 queen bed, 2 twins, and 1 full pull out couch.
This Duplex is ideal for multiple families who want a getaway trip to visit the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and the convenience of amenities possible in a home. The units share a beautiful white picket fenced lawn looking upon the street. The home is only 1/4 mile from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk; a quick walk for your group! In fact, you will find many beach goers avoiding costly fees by parking on the streets outside the Duplex. The Duplex is located along the popular walking/running trails along the Nearly Park Lagoon. The backside decks are great for bbq's with views of the Park Lagoon and lush greenery of the valley. Out front, you can enjoy watching the pedestrians and joggers stroll along the walking trail and bikers riding in the California sun.
Very nice property! We enjoyed our stay....place was clean and fresh and ample supplies of necessities. We feel like the owner thought of providing most everything that would be needed. Couple things that would be helpful....

False advertisement - the beach, broad walk and wharf are 4 blocks away not 1 as advertised, we booked the room based off fact it was 1 block away...next time we will check the map
During our week everyday there was loud construction noises going on in the unit next door...there was sanding hammering....it made it difficult for our 2 year old to nap....we feel we should have been informed or offered a discount.
This rental was the perfect "home away from home" for our family. Located an easy walking distance to the Boardwalk and beach, even my four year old could walk to and from without difficulty. The well equipped kitchen made meals at home easy, and the neighborhood is cute and safe. We would definitely choose this rental again!
This house is a fantastic place to stay. It is very clean, well stocked, and the location could not be better. The parking is great, holding two cars with lots of room to spare. The barbeque and back deck are wonderful amenities to this house. It is an easy walk to the boardwalk, wharf, and beach. It borders the Neary Lagoons, which is a nice place to go for a nature walk. Also, a short drive to Wilder Ranch State Park, great for hiking, biking, and seeing some history. Stores were close by, and easy to access. I would only change two things about this house, get a full sized coffee maker, and have some place in the kitchen for guests to store food. We were 5 people staying for three nights, the house was comfortable for all. Thanks for an excellent stay! We would rent this again without hesitation.
Very nice little unit with well-considered upgrades. Kitchen and bathroom have had very recent remodeling jobs. Would stay here again.
There was 6 of us we had a blast! Awesome location, walked to the beach and boardwalk everyday so close didnt have to drive anywhere!!! Nice house with great amenities!! Stay here you won't regret it!!!
What a wonderful place! We found it to be very clean and the recent updates made this an ideal place to spend our vacation. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Wharf and Boardwalk. I think we went every day because it was so close and such a fun walk! The off street parking was very convenient and overall we loved our stay!! Thank you!!!
