The house is within 10 min drive to Camps Bay, Waterfront, beachfront and central town and within walking distance from the new Green Point Stadium (site of the 2010 World cup football ). There is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting areas which lead onto a balcony with panoramic sea views. The dining area seats 6-8 people as does the balcony which has a gas-fired BBQ. There are 3 bedrooms each with queen-sized beds (2 with en-suite bathrooms), a TV room with a sofa bed (that can sleep two) with an en-suite shower room/toilet. All four rooms have air con and balconies leading off with sea views. There is an extra full bathroom as well as two additional toilets. There is a second entertaining area with a wet bar on the ground level which opens up to a dip pool, deck and garden.
As our property is shared with another family who live on the top two floors we share a lift which services both condos. Unfortunately when the lift is working it makes a lot of noise so we would appreciate consideration to our neighbours whose bedroom is next to the lift. Thus we request avoid using the lift after 11pm if possible and use the stairs instead. Thank you.
The house is situated on the slopes of Signal Hill in Green Point which is within 10 min drive to Camps Bay, V & A Waterfront, beachfront and central town and within walking distance from the new Green Point Stadium (site of the 2010 World cup football for the group and knockout stages). . Therefore all the main tourist attractions are within minutes of the house including beaches, water sports, culinary, night life, Table Mountain and the Cableway as well as fabulous hikes in the area. Famous Winelands can be visited on a day trip.
