Located on the Retreat which is part of the Legacy Park villages community, situated just of Highway 27, 1 mile from the junction with Highway 192. As soon as you walk through the front door into the formal lounge and dining area you will feel at home, with over 3000 sq ft of bright and airy space over two floors you are sure to find somewhere to relax after a long day at the parks or malls. Fitted with quality modern furniture and entertainment systems all brand new in March 2009. Flat screen TV and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Free High speed wireless internet,USA phone calls and digital cable TV. The family room has large comfortable leather sofas, 52' TV with home cinema system and ipod dock. Halcyon Villa is on the Retreat which is part of the Legacy Park village, this is a quiet residential area with easy access to all attractions and amenities, Wal Mart (open 24 hrs) and Publix 5 min, numerous restaurants on Highway 192 5 -10 min, 2 Golf courses 5 min and the world famous Champions Gate courses designed by Greg Norman are 15 min away. Disney Parks are approx 12 min away reached via the new 429 which is the new rear entrance to the parks. You can reach Coco Beach and Tampa in approx 1 hour, Clearwater in 1.5 hours. Universal Sudios approximately 30min away.

We are a family of 10 that rented this property in oct 09. The villa was truely amazing the layout was excellent and had everything we needed. The area was very nice and quite We had know problems in finding it. The instructions sent to us were very good and the key and code we had know problems with. We had the pool cleaned once whilst we were their although I did phone the management Company once (left a message) but did not get a reply due to the fact that we were not really in the villa due to going to the parks early for the day. The problem was only a minor one so didnt really concern us to much. I have dealt with David the owner and have had know problems. (even sent him an email whilst on holiday to say how much we were enjoying his property)
I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone.

We eat out every day and had some really nice meals. I would recommend Cracker barrell and sizzlers. Houligans was great for breakfast (all you can eat) great for filling up the kids before a long day at the park very reasonable prices. TGI Fridays was also a great place to eat the steaks were very good and so was the service.
The parks were amazing out of this world. Be prepared to be shocked and amazed at these parks. Wet and wild was a bit of a let down only because looked a bit tired (needed a bit of a make over) but all others we visited we just great. Seaworld is a must. and I really enjoyed Aquatic. Dont do what I did and take to much clothes, their is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the villa the less you take in your suitcase the more things you can buy over their. Great handbags and shoes,coats, clothes, trainers, for the kids and you!
