Photos and Description of the La Marina vacation rental 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, sleeps 2-6.

Our comfortable villa is situated on a quiet road, close to shops, bars, banks and restaurants and accommodates up to 6 people. There is 1 double room, 1 twin bedded room, and a smaller room with bunk beds. A further pullout bed is available for occasional use, as well as a travel cot. The property boasts a spacious lounge/diner, with TV, radio, DVD and CD player and a library of discs.The adjoining well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Outside is a sunny terrace and barbecue with ample tables and seating. There is a private rooftop solarium with seating, loungers and parasol for relaxing and sunbathing. The secure communal pool solely for residents and visitors is 2 mins walk. We provide all linen and towels and the property is cleaned before and after your stay. Airport pickup and basic groceries on arrival can be provided at extra cost. Local contact in case of emergency. No smoking indoors, no pets.

There are many interesting local towns, including Guadamar, with its famous sandy beach backed by pine forests. If you enjoy a busy social scene, then Benidorm is within easy reach. Coach tours are also available, visiting many local places of interest, or further afield to Granada, Seville, and Madrid.
