This is a single family home in a great neighborhood with 2 levels of sun lit space
On the ground level there is an open communal space featuring- a gas fireplace and wet bar
French doors out to the pond and patio.
For a small additional charge this room can be used as a 4th bedroom, we will supply an airbed.

The master bedroom with ensuite ( tub and separate shower), a California King bed and a wonderful window seat to curl up in and read . this room offers a view down the hill and out to the sea. On a clear night with the winds coming your way you can hear the seals barking in the harbor

3rd bedroom,sleeps 2 on double futon
Our family swears the futon is as comfortable as regular beds!
Both bedrooms share a full bathroom ( tub and shower) with a glass door out to the koi pond.

*17 miles from Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills and other LA sights
This is LA County and there is so much to see and do- a car is recommended, parking is provided on the property for one car and more free space available on the street.
