It goes on to say that: 'It's perfect for those who want to run around nude as Adam and Eve; Eve and Eve or Adam and Adam'. With a privacy wall and gate to your villa you do not have to see another person until you leave.
This traditional caribbean style, single story cottage, within the tropical grounds, features floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking your own private pool on one side and a narrow swath of original jungle on the other side. Beyond it lies Pelican Beach and Sapphire Beach which you can reach in 5 minutes via a foot path.
PRIVACY is one of the few cottages to have a sea view and you can see the ocean and the island of Tortola clearly from you living room and your garden.
Original details like the typical caribbean slatted ceiling add to the traditional caribbean charm.
Modern elements have been added for your comfort. New, tropical hardwood furniture throughout includes a romantic four poster bed with brand new pillow top Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress.. The new comfortable new sofa and love seat in a blue and green filigree seascape design creates a pleasant atmosphere as does local art on the walls.
You will feel as if you are in a simple, traditional caribbean home, undisturbed, with no one above you and no one below you. You can walk with a drink from your kitchen to your reclining chair in a minute without having to bother to dress up or talk to anyone. It's all about privacy, convenience, and comfort. Modern amenities have been added. The flat screen TV has many channels with news, movies and sports, so put your feet up and relax. There is a nice quality small stereo that plays CD's and a radio. There is an IPOD doc that plays music from and Apple 4S (sorry, not the 5). Optional internet service us available for a nominal fee.
Enjoy your morning coffee with your feet up, poolside, as you watch humming birds darting around tropical flowers and well as butterflies and our national bird, the yellow breasted bananquit. We are not part of the 'hotel' pool run by an outside company, so you are guaranteed the place that you book. Resident owner provides locals tips to save you money and help you see more beautiful spots off the beaten track.
You do not check in at the front desk or eat their continental breakfast. We provide free coffee and creamer at home along with a few basics and a complimentary bottle of champagne if you are on your honeymoon. We make it personal by meeting you and giving you an orientation and are on call throughout your stay if you need help with anything
Beyond the islands of Tortola and St John, that you can see, lies an archipelago of islands that stretch east for 23 miles to Virgin Gorda. There is a famous trip you take that to explore them that leaves from Sapphire Beach Marina, a short walk away .You can also stroll over there to take a day sail to St John or a romantic sunset dinner sail.
After a dip in the salt water pool, enjoy a relaxing freshwater shower in your new exotic bathroom. The sunken shower area has been renovated with italian tiles in green and earth tones, threaded through with sea green glass tiles. We have the advantage of a large water heater to allow for long showers if you like them.
Cook at home if you wish or have a barbecue.. or head over to Red Hook to eat if you want to listen to some music. Ask our gardener, Paul about the exotic tropical plants. Joseph will clean your pools twice a week.
We provide everything you need to go to the beach: cooler; nice beach towels and beach chairs. Put them in your car if you have one.
Turn left out of your garden gate and walk to Sapphire and Pelican Beach on flat land in 5 minutes without having to cross a road.
Turn right out of the front and walk for a little longer to reach Lindquist Beach in the national park. Many think this is the prettiest, unspoiled beach on the island. Here you can sit undisturbed under the shade of a sea grape tree, with only jungle behind you and relax with a refreshing beer or tropical drink.
Try your hand at deep fishing, out of the marina, bring your catch home and BBQ them at home. We are about the only spot on the east end where you can have a BBQ in your garden.
You are only 5 minutes away from the lively night life of Red Hook and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. There is also a secretarial service, doctor, and dive shop.
The only hourly ferry shuttle runs from Red Hook to Cruz Bay so that you can go over to St. John for dinner or to listen to music. There is also a drive-on/drive-off ferry (the barge) so that you can drive around the island of St John. There is also the only hourly 'people ferry', on the hour, between the islands, so make it a two island vacation.
You will want to visit St. John at least twice because there are more world class beaches there than you can visit in one day. You can also take an interesting tour of the old Sugar Mill at Annaberg.
This is the perfect location for anyone who does not want to drive. It's $1 to Red Hook on the dollar bus which makes a clockwise circle around the east end of the island so you can ride the bus to the shopping mall and Plaza Extra Supermarket or the Food Center for groceries.
You can easily walk to the beaches. There are no hills and steps here. You are only 5 minutes by bus from Red Hook and the new ferry terminal so you can take trips to St. John and explore the BVI. This is one of the few locations on island near beaches where you can save big by not renting a car.
You are given the personal treatment here. The owner actually lives on the island and will meet you in person to give you an orientation. We provide a free concierge service to help you see and do more for less. Simply text of call us at any time for our best local's advice.

Chris purchased this cottage in 2012
Why Chris chose East End
Because sometimes do not want to navigate the steps and hills of the other resorts. At Pavilions & Pools you can manage without a car and can walk to the beach on flat land. There are no steps here!
Because sometimes you don't want to get dressed up to go our in public or have to talk to anybody……...
It's small, unpretentious and friendly. Get to know us, the garden Paul, who can tell you all about the plants and Tina in her pub Cheers Mate who can cook pretty much anything you would like if it's in stock. Get to know the locals.
Also some people on honeymoons want to be private. The villas here were designed for and are famous for their seclusion.
Pavilions & Pools is the only place I know where barbeques are permitted. At your private villa you can do what you want and be left alone.
At the same time you are as close as can be to Red Hook for its lively night life and the hourly 'people ferry' to St John.
You are also close to the new ferry terminal with its shuttle ferry service to St John and ferries to other islands in the BVI.
What makes this cottage unique
PRIVACY and PRIVATE POOL.
UNIQUE LOCATION on the edge of the national park. The jungle is your back yard.
See Hummingbirds, butterflies, deer, and chickens wandering through your garden.
No hills to climb. No steps and a short walk to the beach.
The convenience of being on the bus route and very close to Red Hook allows you to get to several beaches without renting a car. Take the bus or an occasional taxi.
