Casa Rosario Hill is my dream home. My sanctuary. It is open to any and all who feel the same about New Mexico, blue skies, mountains and peace of mind. It took me three years to find the right place - this place. Santa Fe spoke to me from the moment I stepped off a plane for the first time. You could feel the energy. There's something very special about this place. If you're inquiring, then you understand and will love being in Santa Fe.

What makes this condo unique

Look at the view -- spectacular day and night, any season! The bathrooms are straight out of a 5-star hotel. The Kiva fireplace was a big draw for me... the rolled log ceilings made it authentic Southwest... You also have your privacy - Casa Rosario Hill is off the beaten path, somewhat secluded in the middle of the city!

North Hills is the premium area in Santa Fe! You are just steps away from the heart of the city - the Historic Plaza. You can visit and shop with Native Artisans who are out on the Plaza daily to sell there beautiful silver turquoise jewelry. See the O'Keefe Museum and the Indian Museum of Contemporary Art. There's also the amazing Verve gallery. Great shopping on Marcy, Lincoln and San Francisco Streets. If you're hungry, there's 5-star dining at restaurants such as La Boca and Luminaria... Have a drink at hotels like the famed Inn of the Anasazi. Spas are the main reason to visit Santa Fe - Nidah, Inn of the Five Graces, Estrellas... For nightlife, there's El Farol for ski bunnies, Rio Chama for casual get-togethers.., The Matador for hipsters and the premier gay club, The Rouge Cat... For the folks who love outdoors, skiing at the Santa Fe ski basin is just a drive away and cycling up and down Old Taos Highway takes 2 minutes to ride to.... but if a quiet evening is your thing, Casa Rosario Hill is the perfect place to chill and relax by the fire on the deck or inside by the kiva.

It is a wonderful place, ideally located wtihin easy walking distance to town but also accessible to all other areas. The condo has all that one needs, with spectacular views off of the two porches/decks. The owner is accomodating and very helpful. I highly recommend staying at this place!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect location, beautiful luxury casita with rustic and artisitc touches, tranquil energy

My friend and I stayed at Casa Rosario Hill for almost two weeks during yoga teacher training during June/July 2012. This two bedroom casita is not only located just blocks from the historic Santa Fe plaza, but it is also gorgeous with touches of southwestern art and archetecture. It also has amazing positive energy that will make your stay even that much more memorable. There are two decks (one smaller and one stunningly large) where you can watch both the Santa Fe sunrises and sunsets and soak up the sun during the day. The owner was and is warm and caring and will take the extra effort to ensure that your stay is perfect. I look forward to my return to Casa Rosario Hill and highly recommend it to all.
