NOW BOOKING FOR SUMMER AND FALL 2013. We bought this condo because of its prime Gulf view, its proximity to the quiet pool and its beach access, and mostly because we love the Victorian. We're glad to share it with you when we are not visiting from Houston. This condo was well maintained as rental pool property prior to our purchase, and we've added all the nice, little touches of ownership including a full apartment sized refrigerator. Queen sized bed in the one bedroom with a good sized closet, bunkbeds in the hall alcove for 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living area for one or two. For your convenience, our Galveston property manager is available just down the street to take care of any requests or questions you have, so leave all your worries at home. You can cook in the suite or visit one of the great restaurants in Galveston. We love buying shrimp and fish off the docks on Harborside Drive near downtown, and cooking our own feast to enjoy on the deck. All the dishes and utensils are there in the condo to make you feel at home. Within the complex also are two swimming pools, a hot tub, covered parking, tennis courts and barbeque pits. In addition to the new Pleasure Pier amusement park over the water just down the Seawall, there is something going on pretty much every weekend in Galveston. Don't hesitate to book...Galveston is filling up for the summer!
We visited this condo with our 3 year old nephew and used the swimming pool all weekend, We never had any incidents at the pool. We did have them walk and follow the rules. They had a blast and really enjoyed the swimming, as well as walking across the street to the beach at any time and returning easily to the condo. It was a great place to stay to enjoy the water as well as the other Galveston activities.
Galveston's new Pleasure Pier amusement park over the water opens this summer, adding to the many activites you'll find to fill your days. Moody Gardens discovery theme park for all ages, Schitterbaun Waterpark, shopping and restaurants on the Strand along with the new Pirates Museum. Miles and miles of open beaches and nature bird watching in the protected marshes. Book a deep sea fishing adventure or walk across the street for assisted pier fishing. And order seafood every day in one of Galveston's many fine restaurants throughout the Island.
