This 3 bedroom town house has a lovely solarium, with sun beds, patio table, chairs and gas barbeque perfect for sunbathing and eating al fresco for a quiet relaxing holiday overlooking the mountains views. Beautiful shared swimming pool with life guard to hand with surrounding gardens. French bowling green and courts. 2 minute walk to local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants etc with tourist information. It is only a short drive to a beach and 10 minutes to the airport. This house is ideal for families/couples looking for a quiet relaxing holiday but not far to go into the local towns i.e Alicante, Arenales, Santa Pola etc. Playa Arenales can be reached in 5 minutes either by car or the local tram which runs until 1am in the summer season. Here you can walk along the lovely promenade to the small town of Arenales. The town house has 2 twin bedrooms and a double room with en-suite. Ceiling fans in all rooms - the double room has a small breakfast balcony.

Gran Alacant is 10 minutes drive from Alicante and the airport. It is a lovely relaxing area close to an undeveloped beach where the sound of the sea birds are heard. There are numerous sandy beaches along the coastline, ideal for fishing, swimming, sunbathing or relaxing. Los Arenales de Sol can be reached on the local tram which runs in summer until 1am in the morning or by car. In the summer there is water sports of all types available to you. Santa Pola the nearest town is very impressive with its castle, fortress and fishing port. On Saturdays they have a large market which is worth visiting with all its bargains. Going further inland is a town called Elche which is famous for its palm gardens and Rio Safari Park. Approximately 1 hours drive you come to a place called Aqualandia in Benidorm, one of Spain's largest water parks Mundomar, where you can visit the dolphins watching them perform, dance and work with small children who has mental and physical problems.
