A wonderful place to stay

This place has so much to offer! It is spacious, tastefully furnished with lots of extras, in a magnificent location with wonderful views. The ferry ride to Old Quebec leaves from a short walk away (via a number of steps which are a good daily exercise!), runs frequently, is not too expensive and provides great views of the city. Staying on the other side of the river also allowed us to explore the locality (known as Levis) and we discovered great bike paths/running tracks and a really great authentic restaurant - geared towards locals not tourists.

Nothing was too much trouble for owner Rachel, who went to every effort to help us settle in quickly and orientate ourselves.

We had not used VRBO before this trip, and were not sure what to expect - all I can say is that staying here was an excellent introduction to the concept and a really affordable way to explore Old Quebec.

Winter Carnival

I recently had the pleasure to stay at this location and I must say the pictures does not do this place justice, it is more beautiful and comforting than it portrays. The place was perfect for us at such a reasonable price and better amenities than a hotel. Literally 25 min. away from the Quebec city if driving, or cut that trip more than half by taking the ferry which is a walk down the street. I would recommend this location to other travelers.

Romantic Getaway

My wife and I stayed there for a couple nights for a short getaway and it was wonderful! We arrived at night and as we set our things down, we were greeted by the beautiful lights of Quebec city. The owner was very friendly and recommended restaurants in the area. The small town was filled with cute restaurants in walking distance from the apartment. We enjoyed walking around Quebec city and all it has to offer. We will definitely be visiting again!

Fantastic location and amazing apartment

We stayed in the apartment for five days last summer. It is very neat, there is a lot of space and you are only 5min walk to the ferry that will drop you off right in the lower city part of Québec.

The views of the Saint Lawrence river and Québec are gorgeous. The porch is a great place to hang out after a day of sightseeing.

A great place to stay, I would highly recommend it.

Perfektes Appartment mit atemberaubendem Blick

Das Appartment hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen!
Extrem gut ausgestattetes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Appartment. Es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Waschmittel, eine komplette Küchenausstattung etc., sogar für kleine Kinder ist bei Bedarf gedacht).

Und dann natürlich der Blick!! Wir haben Stunden auf der Terrasse verbracht und die traumhafte Aussicht genossen. Der Barbecue auf der Terrasse kam oft zum Einsatz.

Quebec City ist mit der Fähre schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Im Appartment liegen diverse Informationen für Touristen aus, so dass man sich sehr schnell zu recht finden kann.

Meiner Meinung nach ist das Appartment die optimale Basis für einen Aufenthalt in Quebec und das liegt nicht nur an der perfekten Wohnung, sondern auch an der sehr sympatischen und immer hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin Rachel (sie versteht sogar recht gut deutsch:-)! Vielen Dank nochmal für den wundervollen Aufenthalt!!
