In the heart of the island is the small village of Costitx, off the touristic trail, and in an oak grove nearby, you will find La Abubilla. If you are looking for tranquility and contact with the Mediterranean nature, here you will find it. This villa offers sunshine and also shade under it’s trees and the surrounding area has a wide variety of birdlife to be seen from the veranda. There is an elevated pool and deck area, with a gate, with beautiful views across the grove and up to the village, just 1 km away. The house itself has 3 sleeping areas at the rear. The main bedroom leads by an open dressing room to the side garden through French doors. Double bedrooms 2 and 3 are connected with an arch where 3 also has access to the garden. There is also a study / living area. There is an open kitchen leading to the dining and on to the bright and spacious saloon. You will find an alfresco dining area on the terrace by the BBQ, under the shade of encinas.

'Enjoy the endless Mediterranean summer during the winter time with sunny days and fresh nights.' On the Pla of Mallorca, numerous vineyards and bodegas surrounds Costitx. A typical Mallorcan village, with its church and plaza, where you can find a couple of banks, groceries, bakery, pharmacy, kid's playground and a few bars where you sample the local food. In the surrounding villages you can discover the finest restaurants, shops, country markets and all facilities. We are 25 mins away from Pollensa, the nearest beach to the north. Here there all types of water sports available. Costitx is under 35 mins to virtually any location either to it's long white beaches or to the wonderful walking in the Sierra Tramuntana mountains. With the cleanest air and clearest skies, Costitx boasts the second largest observatory and planetarium in Spain. The area is ideal for cycling and walking.

Prachtig huis, 5 minuten met auto vanaf het dorpje Costitx. Hier kun je brood en boodschappen halen. Gelegen in het hart van Mallorca zijn alle steden en dorpjes goed te bereiken. Het huis is heerlijk rustig gelegen, mooie tuin en lekker zwembadje. Huis is modern ingericht en voorzien van alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen. Een aanrader!

Very nice place in the heart of the island. The pictures reflect reality and it's ideal for relaxing and enjoying the countryside of the island. A car is necessary. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and like to come back in the future.

What a relaxing place, country setting with birdsong most of the day, peaceful and yet close to the village with its friendly locals. The house was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the pool and deck a delight. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you.

We had a great time staying in the house. The hosts are very friendly and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. We stayed with our two little kids who enjoyed the big garden and also the refreshing pool.

Traumhafter Urlaub in idylischer Finca

Wir hatten mit unserem kleinen Sohn (10 Monate) einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser liebevoll ausgestatteten Finca und haben uns gleich wie zuhaus gefühlt.

Alles war gut vorbereitet, auch für unser Baby und der Vermieter war unkompliziert, sympatisch und sehr hilfsbereit.

Costitx ist ein verschlafenes kleines Dörfchen - hier gibt es keine deutschen Speisekarten, aber leider auch keine Restaurants. Dafür aber in Sineu, mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten von der Finca aus zu erreichen. Wer gerne kocht oder grillt, bleibt zum Essen sicher gerne in der Finca - die Küche mit dem Gasherd und den Essplatz im Garten fanden wir genial Zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich Inca, auch ca. 10 Min Fahrzeit.

Mit dem Kinderwagen waren Spaziergänge in der Umgebung auf kleinen Wegen gut möglich und es gab auch einiges zu entdecken, Ziegen, Pferde, Hühner, Hunde.... und Abends Sterne! (In Costitx gibt es eine Sternwarte). Ipod mitbringen! Die Stereoanlage hat einen Anschluß dafür.

Es hat uns supergut gefallen!!!
