Our cozy newly renovated home is decorator furnished and complete with all home amenities. Three bedroom two full bathrooms.The home sleeps six. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, T.V. and master bath. Second bedroom has a double bed and shares a full bath with the third bedroom with twin beds.

There is a large lanai with sliding glass screen doors. The living room has a flat screen T.V. and a DVD player. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.

The kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, cups, plates, pots and pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and toaster oven. The appliances are stainless steel. Beach chairs & beach towels are included. One car garage with a door opener. .

The back yard is fenced.

House Rental Amenities

The community has two swimming pools, one which is heated to 85 plus degrees and the other is not heated. There is a shuffle board and tennis courts as well as exercise equipment, pool table and ping pong. You can enjoy many different books at the clubhouse.

Activity In Pt. Charlotte Gulf Coast South

We are just a short drive away from the Englewood Beach. There are many restaurants and a shopping center just a short 10 minute drive. There are many golf courses in the area, deep sea fishing close by and fishing piers. Also available are boat rentals and jet skiis. Whatever you choose to do with your time we are sure you will find plenty of fun things to enjoy with your family.

Close by airports are Ft. Myers, Punta Gorda, Sarasota.and Tampa Also visit Busch Gardens in Tampa and Disney World in Orlando. This is your home away from home.
