Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Tenant agrees to keep the house in as good repair as they found it, normal wear and tear excepted. Tenant agrees to replace anything he/she/others breaks or loses while in possession of the property or shall have the cost of such damage or loss deducted from security deposit of 200 Euro provided the deposit is sufficient to cover such cost. If said deposit is not sufficient, Tenant shall reimburse owner for all necessary costs associated with said repair(s). Tenant agrees to vacate the premises as clean as found or pay 40 Euros for cleaning charges. Each extra person over five persons will be charged 30 Euros per night. Use of washing machine is 3 Euros per time.
• Should Tenant be unable to occupy the premises for any reason, except the fault of Owner, Owner shall keep any payments as liquidated damages and Tenant will be liable for the remainder of rent due, unless Owner is able to rent the house, for the same period of time covered by this lease, to another tenant. If Owner is able to rent the premises for a period of time covered by this lease to another tenant, all monies received from the second rental will be paid first to Owner to fill the balance of the original lease. The remainder, if any, will be paid to Tenant as reimbursement.
• The first payment is due upon signing of lease. First payment is 30% of total rent.
  The final payment is due 30 days or sooner before arrival that is total rent minus first payment. As soon as we receive the final payment, we will send the directions and lock box key instructions.
  A separate security deposit in the amount of € 200 is due by check or cash on arrival. Said security deposit will be held during stay and returned to the Tenant on departure less any damage that may occur.
