Casa Andrea is a beautiful new property, very tastefully decorated. The living room is situated on the ground floor and consists in a living room with comfortable seating, equipped with TV Sat, DVD, CD and a dining corner. Next to the living room is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with large table. At the other side also on the ground floor, there’s the first double bedroom and connecting bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and toilet. Just next door there’s another bathroom with toilet and shower, ideal for visitors. From the living area the stairs lead up to the second floor with 2 more spacious bedrooms and a bathroom equally equipped with bath/shower, bidet and toilet. 1 bedroom gives out to a beautiful terrace with great views over the surroundings. The pool area offers great space and reclining chairs for sunbathing and there’s another spacious terrace with barbecue and large table for outside dining.
