The contemporary kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counters, tumbled stone back splash, tile floor, and recessed lighting. The entire 2nd level is master suite with a large ocean view balcony.

The downstairs living room with cozy gas fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD, and stereo, and queen sleeper sofa opens to another private balcony.
