This semi-detached 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is ideally located, close to a beach, bars and restaurants. All you could wish for in a location for a holiday home. The house has a terrace and BBQ area and an upstairs terrace for sunbeds or outside dining. The kitchen is newly fitted and has all that you will need. Large sunny lounge with 3 comfy sofas.

The bay of San Antonio is well known for very diverse interests. Great for families and singles, those looking for fun or relaxation. 2 Minutes walk to lovely sandy beach of Es pouet, 5 minutes walk to bars restaurants and kids activities and just 15 minutes walk to the busy town of San Antonio along the promenade. The lane from the beach to the house is very private just 8 private villa line this cul-de-sac all walled for extra privacy, a little oasis. Definitely no need for car hire, all public transport and taxis including water taxis within 5 minutes walk.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For winter rates contact the owner.
    Changeover day is a Saturday, if it is low season this is flexible so always contact us. Weekend rates available also.
    A deposit of 50 % of the price of the villa is required to secure a booking, to be paid by bank transfer. Details from owner.
    Also security deposit required to cover any damage that may occur. This is for 300 euros and will be paid on arrival at the villa and returned at end of stay if no damage.
  • Saturday Changeover days. The leaving clients must vacate the villa on day of departure by 12 noon. Incoming guests will be able to enter the property from 3 pm. Sometimes there is more flexibility depending on clients flight times so always ask. There may be an extra charge for any extra hours needed in the villa.
