Large open great room with 42 inch Flat Screen TV, comfortable furniture and chairs, game area with table and games, dining area with great 60 inch round table, comfortable chairs and mountain view. Master bedroom with large walk in cedar closet, king bed, TV, tub and shower, Second bedroom with queen bed, TV, bath adjacent, Comfortable large multipurpose den that is set up with couch desk--study or exercise area. Attached 2 car garage.
About Barbara Senneseth

We own a home up 'up the hill' from the Golf Villa Area. We take great pride in entertaining guest in our home--making them comfortable in their own master suite, giving them ideas for touring etc. I consider the Golf Villa an extension of my hospitality. While respecting your privacy, I am available most time during rental season to address your every need for comfort.

I have 2 Golf Villas in Ventana Golf and Country Club for rent. These Villas have privilidges at the Lodge--restaurants, exercise room, gold and tennis with reduced fee. Ventana Canyon is a prime location in Tucson--adjaction to sabino Canyon National Forest and an area close by with all services, gas, dry cleaning grocery etc.

What makes this townhome unique

As stated above, Priviledges at Country Club and Private Golf Villa pool with eating area. Patio with benches, built in gas grill, and mountain View.

Venyana Canyon is on Ventana Canyon Resort Golf and Tennis Club. Staying in Golf Villa gives you priviledges at Ventana Club, Restaurants, excercise facility with sauna, Olympic size pool, Private Golf Villa pool, Reduced rates for golf and tennis on site.

Private Club with 24 hr manned gate.
