The comfortable equipped apartment is situated in a dead end street and therefor no trafic noise but only 100m to a wonderful beach and the idyllic little harbour. The huge terrace with sunbeds invites to take a rest in the sun and enjoy the views over the roof tops of Colonia S.J. There´s space for 2 adults and a baby, cod is provided if requested free of charge. We would be happy to email more photos.

The idyllic village of Colonia Sant Jordí with its 3000 habitants is situated along the almost round little bay with beautiful beaches and the little harbour. The promenade was reformed and invites for a walk along the coast with various bars, restaurants and shopping facilities along the sides. The 5 kilometer long bay with its dunes is nature protected. The beaches Es Trenc, Els Dolc and Ses Roquetes in the south messure more than 3 km. All beaches are only a few kilometers away from the village. The beautiful beach and the harbour of Colonia is so closed by, only a 2 minutes walk. There are trips with the glass bottom boat available as well as a boat trip to Cabrera.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr nette Vermietung (waren zum 2. Mal da). Ausreichende Ausstattung, Dusche, Doppelbett, Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Sonnenbalkon. Da wir in der Woche nach Ostern vor Ort waren, war das Wetter noch nicht so sehr sommerlich, dafür wurden wir durch die herrliche Blütenpracht und die Ruhe in dieser Zeit auf der Insel mehr als entschädigt.

Ca. 50km vom Flughafen entfernt, wird man freundlich in Empfáng genommen-die Übergabe erfolgte reibungslos, auch wenn wir verspätet ankamen.
Die Wohnung an sich ist klein, aber bei gutem Wetter völlig ausreichend. Nur zum Lesen reicht das Licht nicht-Taschenlampe mitbringen! Empfohlen sei auch (auch im September!), die Klimaanlage zu buchen - die Dachgeschoss-Wohnung heizt sich nachmittags, wenn die Sonne "drauf steht", ziemlich auf. Apropos Dachgeschoss: Nix für Leute mit Menuskusschaden-Treppen sind zu bewältigen! Achja: Deutsches Fernsehen gibt es nicht.
Zum Ort: Wir waren ab Mitte September da: - Totentanz - auch wenn das nicht negativ gemeint ist! Der Ort ist dann sehr leer. Dennoch ist beinahe das gesamte Erholungspaket z.B. inkl. Booten und sämtlicher Lokale noch zu buchen Nur wer Trubel möchte, oder an der Promenade viel zu gucken, ist um diese Jahreszeit dort falsch aufgehoben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir wollten aber auch ausdrücklich Ruhe haben. Ansonsten gibts wirklich nichts zu meckern - die Promenade wird allmorgendlich beinahe sauber geleckt.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermietung war ebenfalls vorbildlich.
Wir möchten die Wohnung an (zumindest im September) Ruhe suchende Leute empfehlen!

Der Service ist sehr gut, sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr sauber und auch komfortabel. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Das Appartment ist TOP gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die grosse Dachterrasse direkt unter dem Himmel Mallorcas ist herrlich. Unkomplizierte Uebergabeformalitäten. Leider hat das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt in diesem Mai!
