1st. floor 2 bdrm. 2 bath oceanfront condo with spectacular views of ocean and garden/pool area from kitchen, living room, dining room and Master bedroom. The entire 1,8oosq.ft. condo. comes with water filtration system. Both bedrooms. come with king size beds.
Large Master bdrm. has built in closets and a large en-suite with separate tub and shower and 2 sinks. 2nd bdrm. also comes with built in closets and full 3 piece bathroom, with very large shower. Professionally decorated 3 years ago: kitchen has stainless steal Kitchen-aid appliances: fridge, oven, cook top, dishwasher and microwave and granite counters.

Also has laundry room with stacking washer/dryer. Large living room with 2 couches. The dining room can sit 6 people . Patio has new Bar-B-Que, table and chairs and 2 loungers .

I love the sunshine and the beaches and this area boasts and has 330 days of sunshine. I love hiking, walking, used to golf and play Tennis, however unable to do those things due to accident and spinal injury. You will love our resort because it's so safe and fun and right on the beach!!!

This property has everything a vacationer could want. This condo is right on the beach. Has privacy and yet is steps away from the miles of beach this area has to offer. We have 3 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, 1 tennis court, our own gym. Spectacular grounds. Steps away from restaurants, surfing, paddle boarding, etc.
You're far away from the husstle and bustle of a crowded city and yet not far from night life and activity should you wish it. Only the sound of the ocean can be heard from this condo. You'r close to grocery shopping, restaurants, the unique town of San Jose Del Cabo and all the water sports you wish to enjoy. If you're a surfer, you're steps away from Zipper's and Old Man where most surfing is done. Not far from areas to snorkle.
We have stayed at Mykonas numerous times , but this condo and its location was by far the best. Walk out of the unit and onto the deck and the beach and the ocean are right there. The condo is completely equipped , you need nothing except food and drinks. I am making plans for a longer stay next year and this will be my first choice . Rosa is easy to work with and will promptly answer questions, the unit managers were there to great us and made sure everything was perfect. Mykonas is a nicely keep property, lots of room so you never feel crowded, the pools , decks and landscaping are all well kept. Thanks Rosa.
We loved staying in this beautiful home. We have been coming to Mykonos for 3 years and have usually stayed on the upper floors. We enjoyed so much the ground floor home. We spent many hours siting on the beautiful deck and watching the ocean. During our stay we saw a few whales. The fireworks on New Year's Eve off Pamilla Point were beautiful. We have our fave restaurants like Guacamaya's. We discovered Taco Rossys this trip and loved it. We think the location of Mykonos is perfect for us. We used to go to the Mega but now prefer the new Walmart. If we want to see people we drive to Cabo to the main marina. If we want a quieter evening we buy fish, shrimp and lobster from the Fishman who comes once a week and eat on the deck. The furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable. You won't be disappointed booking this beautiful home. Rosa is wonderful to work with. We look forward to returning.
Travelers can enjoy walking on the beach, hiking, sunbathing, golfing, surfing all within walking distance. We have our own gym, tennis court, 3 pools and 3 hot tubs. Not far from market or Costco, home depot, Wallmart, Cabo San Lucas, night life, great restaurants and Mexican cuisine all close to us.
