We are letting our brand new 2-bedroom penthouse on the Costa del Sol. The property offers from each room beautiful views over the near sea and the coastline of Casares. On good days you can see the Rock of Gibraltar and North Africa’s coastline. Spacious living room decorated with numerous antiques and pictures large dining table to seat up to 6 people and open planed American kitchen. From living room direct access to the large south-west facing terrace. On the terrace palms and flowers, outside garden furniture and 2 sun beds. Enjoy beautiful sunrises! The terrace overlooks the near pool and offers panoramic views over the sea and the near golf course. Both bedrooms are very tastefully furnished, each of them has own bathroom. From the master bedroom you enjoy panoramic sea views over the Mediterranean Sea. The whole apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with numerous pictures, plants, palms and decorations. The apartment is has air conditioning and parking.

The Urbanisation 'Vista Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy panoramic views over the Mediterranean and Casares coastline. The urbanisation is just 14km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina port 'Puerto de la Duquesa' is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20min. It is a 10 minute stroll to the sandy beach

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

Need-to-know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol . Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Need to know about Sabinillas:: The village of Sabinillas is situated just 3 km. away from the urbanisation. In this small village you will find 3 supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, numerous banks, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a kilometre long sand beach with numerous chiringuitos (beach bars). In just 4 km. distance there is the small marina port of 'Puerto de la Duquesa'. In this port you will find several bars, shops, pubs, restaurants, fitness centre, business centre, internet cafes.

Wir sind überzeugt, dass wir wieder einmal in diesem Appartement Ferien machen werden... *** Herr Titsch-Rivero aus Neu Isenburg: Hallo Herr Beer, mittlerweile sind schon wieder fast 4 Wochen vergangen, dass wir in Casares unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Dabei blicken wir auf eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit zurück,
die nicht zuletzt von der schönen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung untermalt wurde. Schöne saubere Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Nett eingerichtete Wohnung, bis ins kleinste Detail voll ausgestattet: u.a. Bügeleisen- und brett, Kühlbox sowie Sonnenschirm und Stühle für den Strand, und vieles mehr, welches in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wird.
Allerdings fehlt ein Safe, jedoch wird in die Wohnung wahrscheinlich auch nie eingebrochen.
Ausreichender und gepflegter Pool gleich hinterm Haus.
Zu Fuß ist es etwas weit zum Strand, welcher nicht besonders einladend ist u.a. sehr grobsandig und mit Steinen durchsät. Unbedingt Auto mieten und die Region erkunden! Man kann einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Golfurlaub in der Ferienwohnung Hibiscus

Die ansprechende Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Bädern liegt in einer kleinen Urbanisation, die Mitte bis Ende März naturgemäss schwach belegt war.Sie ist auf technisch hohen Stand eingerichtet und sehr wohnlich ausgestaltet.Das Besondere ist die nicht einsehbare Terasse die einen einmaligen Blick auf die Bucht von Sabinillas bis Gibraltar gestattet. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt.
Anfahrtswege, Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Attraktionen und Restaurants waren vom Vermieter perfekt beschrieben, sodass das Finden keine Probleme bereitete.
Ich selbst werde wiederkommen und kann auch die Wohnung anderen empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Gegend.
Die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist genial, leider hatten wir 5 Tag schlechtes Wetter und mussten die Heizung benutzen, doch die Verantwortliche war uns sofort behilflich. Was wir nur positiv bewerten können, ist die absolut kompetente und schnelle Abwicklung der Vermietung der Wohnung, Uebernahme, Autovermietung etc., Herr Beer kümmert sich vorzüglich darum, vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Penthause mit wunderschöne Panoramablick.
Die Ausstattung war sehr gut.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bank und Restaurants.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
