Agnolo Flat is a bright and sunny studio apartment, ideal for up to 3 people, located on the third and last floor of a historical building dating back to the 18th Century (without elevator) in the heart of the historical centre of Florence (in the neighbourhood of Sant’Ambrogio and Santa Croce). This lovely 50sq m studio, completely renovated and refurbished in July 2008, is fitted with air conditioning, independent heating, flat screen TV, INTERNET, washing machine and parquet flooring. It offers a spacious day area, with two large windows overlooking the splendid panorama of the hills surrounding Florence and of the city rooftops, and furnished with two single sofa beds with an extra single pull out bed under one of them. The kitchen corner is fully equipped and complete with microwave oven, fridge and a stove with four burners. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

The apartment is located a few steps away from Santa Croce Basilica and from the most important tourist attractions of the historical centre. The area is rich in typical restaurants, old porterhouse's, glamorous restaurants (for the Florence Movida), theatres (Pergola and Verdi), craftsman workshops and hosts the food market of Sant’Ambrogio, a flea market, and a multilevel underground parking within 200 metres. How to reach us: From Amerigo Vespucci Firenze Peretola Airport (distance about 5 km.) You can reach our flats by taxi (price about 14 €) or by bus. The bus will take you to the main railway station (S.M.Novella), from where you can walk ( 800 meters ) or get bus “B”. From Galileo Galilei Pisa Airport (distance about 90 km.) Take the train leaving directly from the airport to S.M.Novella Railway Station of Florence. From Santa Maria Novella Railway Station (distance 800 mt.) On foot (10 min.) or by taking the electric minibus lines 14, 32 and 33 or by taxi.
