The home is situated with a direct Southern rear exposure offering the longest view of the lake. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Great room and a pool area to envy, this home makes for the perfect base for your vacation.
Upon entering the home you have a foyer with Great Room beyond which features a large bank of sliding glass doors giving views to the pool area and large lake beyond. The Great room is equipped with comfortable sofas, entertainment center including TV, DVD & stereo.
The Den is adjacent and also holds sofas and matching furniture.
The Dining area is convenient to the large Kitchen that is equipped with all modern appliances including side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave. There is also a convenient hinged door to provide easy access to the pool area.
The Master Bedroom features a King Size bed set with modern Pine furniture. The En-Suite has separate vanities, walk in shower, corner tub and toilet.
The 2nd bedroom is features a queen bed and pine furniture. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and coordinated furniture. Three bedrooms also have their own televisions.
The pool area has a very large covered lanai with plenty of deck space. The pool is a functional rectangular design and can be heated upon request.
The Owner built the home new in 1996 and has made every effort to maintain and replace when necessary to keep up a very high standard of accomadation.
Over the years it has provided many happy occasions for the Owners and many more for the guests that have had the benefit of sharing this great home.

South facing in middle of long lake, perfect for sun worshippers
We stayed at this beautiful home for the month of February 2013. Its a beautiful home and I found the pictures did not do it justice. The location is wonderful for shopping, restaurants and the beach.
It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. And we no issues for the whole month. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Security deposit of $300 is required & is fully refundable on condition that the property is left free of breakages and in good order.
