Apartment of 80m. Fully equipped. Next to the Paseo Marítimo. Air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, plate ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. Supplied bedding and towels. Dining area for 4 people comfortably. Full bathroom and toilet with shower. Two rooms for four people. A large double bed and two single 90cm - they can join. TV / Radio and two balconies. No pets.

The apartment is in Town, one minute from de Paseo Marítimo and next to the plaza de Gomila. Is in the middle of a very popular fun area of Palma.The area around the apartment is littered with restaurants with fair prices. There´s a short walk to the bus line 3 and some others to Palma. Alternatively, you can walk the distance in half an hour or so, going by the seaside, really beautiful and there are a lot of places for getting a cup of really good coffee or just a beer.
